Assistant rate is $795 per night.
There is a one time $995 set up fee for some clients. This includes us booking your accommodations at an approved and agreed upon location, the purchase of initial basic groceries and toiletries, the set up and use of our comfort items (such as our specialized pillows, baby monitors, humidifier and bidet attachment) and rental van pick up and drop off should you choose to use that service. There are circumstances where the set up fee does not apply, such as last minute needs where we do not set up or book anything in advance, however, we recommend using this service when possible to give you the most comfortable experience.
We know that things change, and sometimes you need help ASAP. If you need assistance quickly and do not need help booking accommodations, renting a vehicle or getting the room set up prior to arrival, then the set up fee is reduced or does not apply. To book last minute, you are required to prepay for two nights of assistance upon booking.
There are circumstances where clients only require a half day, such as a late arrival or early departure, and there are discounted fees to reflect that.
The set up fee, entire accommodation and optional van rental fees are due upon booking. At that time, the accommodation and optional van rental will be booked by us and paid for in full. Refunds for rentals are based on the policies of the companies that we book through. The setup fee is transferrable if your dates change, but not refundable. The full balance for assistance is due 3 days prior to your arrival. Dates are subject to availability and require confirmation by our staff.
If there are circumstances where last minute assistance is needed, a two night prepayment is due upon booking. Inquire for availability.
